Personal information: Name, contact details (email address, phone number, address), date of birth, work experience, education, skills, website, your ID & right to work and any other information provided in your CV/resume or during the application process.
For Clients:
Business contact information: Name, company name, job title, email address, phone number and address.
How do I collect your personal data?
- Directly from you. This may be through our registration process, information requests and applications via our website.
- I reach out to you after having located your profile on a database/job board you have subscribed to (e.g. LinkedIn, Otta, Slack).
- I have received your details from another third party. For example, a business contact, a client or professional advisors.
- I have spoken with one of my partner consultants and you have provided us with your CV.

We use your personal data to carry out our core business activities which is providing recruitment services to you. More specifically, we may process your personal data for the following purposes:
For Candidates:

- Inviting you to events.
For Clients:
- Providing you with information about candidates.
- Communicating with you to identify opportunities for your business.

What legal basis do we use for processing your personal data?
For prospective candidates, referees, and clients, data processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in that we need the information to be able to assess suitability for potential roles, to find potential candidates, and to contact clients and referees.
I take into consideration the reasonable expectations of individuals who are actively applying for jobs or making their personal information publicly accessible on professional networking sites.
If you are submitted as a candidate or requested for interview, then this may involve the processing of more detailed personal data including sensitive data such as background check others provide about you. I will always ask for your consent before undertaking such processing only if I am required to do so.
For clients, I may also rely on our processing being necessary to perform a contract for you if one is in place, for example in contacting you.
Will your personal data go outside the EEA?
Your personal information will be stored and processed in the EEA/UK. If we engage with clients based outside the EEA, then your personal data may be processed outside the UK/EEA.
