I’m a modern-day nomad born and raised in Poland, after living and working in 5+ countries (incl. France, Portugal, Brazil, and Germany) happily settled in Spain since 2019. If not traveling, usually spending most of my time between Málaga and Cádiz.
My professional life evolved around People, Talent & Growth, as I graduated both from Psychology and Business Studies, and learned to speak 6 languages so far, working in various tech companies, ranging from Series B, C, pre-IPO start ups and scale ups.
My personal life is an amalgamation of passions, such as writing, travelling and sailing, observing nature and discovering sounds. I am naturally curious of people, birds and society.
I am currently working as a Leadership & Strategic Talent Acquisition + Development consultant while writing, sailing and sharing my knowledge at industry events.
